Library stats bad for Bush?

The Christian Science Monitor's list of the top 15 checked out library books [PDF] contains 5 anti-Bush books (2, 5, 10, 14, 15), and zero pro-Bush books. Not sure whether this is an indication of the nation's mood or not - perhaps pro-Bushies just don't read. (Alternative stereotype: they buy books instead of borrowing them). But its interesting data for the question of whether Bush will beat those gay lovers, John and John...

I think the operative is that there is not as high a percentage of pro-Bush books available. In fact, I am unable to name even one off the top of my head, whereas I can list a half dozen anti-Bush books. I don't recall any pro-Clinton books during his presidency, but I can think of a couple anti-Clinton books written by former aides. I think in general people tend to be more vocal (or writer-ly) when they are dissatisfied than satisfied.

Pro-Bush Books
Ann Coulter's books sell like hotcakes (Treason : Liberal Treachery from the Cold War to the War on Terrorism), O'Reilly and Limbaugh keep putting them out, and Sean Hannity has a new book out, too (Deliver Us from Evil : Defeating Terrorism, Despotism, and Liberalism).

These books have generally become bestsellers. (Why that is, I still don't know.)
