I can't believe I never heard this word before

Listening to white crooner versions of rap songs, I can hear the lyrics a lot better. Which makes me notice things like how uncharacteristically (for rap) ??? "Baby Got Back" is. Compared to, say, Bitches Ain't Shit, which is downright misogynistic.

Then I have to stop and think about what ??? is for a moment before settling on "philogynistic". Now, wtf is up with my having to make up that word?

"Philogynist" is a lovely word.

The only similar word I can imagine that's already in the lexicon is "feminist."

That word seems to have accumulated a lot of baggage, though, and I suspect that a lot of different folks would disagree with the term being applied to Sir Mixalot.
