Up: I'm definitely feeling like the dental appliance is helping my apnea. I'm waking up noticeably less often, and feeling more refreshed. Because of that, I have more trouble sleeping in than I used to - sometimes I can't get back to sleep for awhile after I wake up for the second time at 6:30-7:30am. Also I have more trouble getting to sleep, although that could also be all the seastead conference long days / excitement. Anyway, a funny example of negative feedback - sleep better, and so it's harder to sleep. But a much better problem to have than not being able to get refreshing sleep!
Down: I have 'roids again. This is the 4th time, and by far the most painful. I wasn't squat-pooping consistently, which I guess I will change now.
Besides the aggravation of pain while sitting, I'm concerned with how this will interact with my workouts. (Which are not a proximate cause - it had been a week or more since I'd lifted when the 'roids appeared this time. Not sure if lifting contributed, it's possible, although given that I got them several times before starting lifting, the roids may be unrelated).

I'm looking for a book case designed to make books both easy to transport, and accessible. So a small bookcase where you can easily lock in the books in such a way as to toss the bookcase in the back of the car would be perfect.
Or perhaps the best solution is to just put books in milk crates, spines toward the top (open side). The milk cases would be transported bottom-down, so the books wouldn't fall out. Then for display, you could either leave them that way, or sit the crates on their sides so the books are oriented in the usual bookcase direction.

Now that's a bloody pain in the ass.
